This is a full-time, on-site role located in Riyadh for a Talent Development Coordinator. The individual will be responsible for coordinating talent development programs, managing projects, and delivering training initiatives to support employee growth. Additional tasks include assisting with communication strategies, supporting customer service improvements, facilitating fundraising campaigns, and preparing relevant documentation and reports.

• Strong communication and writing skills, with the ability to deliver clear and concise messages
• Proficiency in customer service and the ability to address employee development needs effectively
• Skills in project management to coordinate and execute training programs and initiatives
• Experience or aptitude in planning and executing successful fundraising initiatives
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Familiarity with training design and Learning & Development strategies is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Human Resources, Education, or Organizational Development
