The role of a Talent Management Partner is to support the delivery of group-wide talent and leadership development initiatives that drive leadership continuity, top talent growth, and future skills readiness. This role helps execute succession planning, top talent identification, leadership development programmes and internal mobility initiatives. As a Talent Management Partner, you will play a key role in enhancing the employee experience for leadership and top talent, ensuring they feel valued, supported, and empowered to grow throughout their career journey.

To be considered for the role, you must be able to demonstrate:

HR experience and expertise, with a strong foundation in talent, leadership development, or learning and development roles.

A delivery mindset, strong relationship orientation, and the ability to work collaboratively with senior stakeholders and talent.

Your motivation to see others grow and thrive, and understand the value of consistent, well-governed processes that lead to measurable impact.

A naturally proactive, detail-oriented mindset, with the ability to translate strategic priorities into actionable, high-quality execution.

  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships across leadership, HR, and top talent.
  • Excellent planning and execution capabilities, delivering high-quality outcomes across multiple programmes and priorities with attention to detail.
