Role Overview & Objective
We are looking for an experienced Talent Manager to lead Tanmiah's end-to-end talent lifecycle, including Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, Learning & Development, Employee Engagement, and Job Architecture. This strategic role will partner closely with business leaders to build a high-performing workforce and drive our people strategy across the organization.
Main Responsibilities
- Lead and manage end-to-end Talent Acquisition activities across the business.
- Oversee Performance Management cycles and calibration processes.
- Drive Learning & Development initiatives and capability-building programs.
- Develop talent management frameworks, career development, and succession planning.
- Monitor recruitment KPIs, talent analytics, and workforce planning.
- Lead employee engagement initiatives and development programs.
- Manage relationships with recruitment agencies and external training providers.
- Coach and develop the Talent team while partnering with senior stakeholders across the business.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
- 8–10 years of progressive HR experience with strong exposure to both Talent Acquisition and Talent Management.
- Minimum of 3 years in a managerial role.
- Experience within FMCG, Manufacturing, or Food Industry is preferred.
- Professional certifications such as CIPD or SHRM are considered an advantage.
- Fluent in English; Arabic is preferred.
