Talent Management Manager

Role Overview & Objective

We are looking for an experienced Talent Manager to lead Tanmiah's end-to-end talent lifecycle, including Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, Learning & Development, Employee Engagement, and Job Architecture. This strategic role will partner closely with business leaders to build a high-performing workforce and drive our people strategy across the organization.

Main Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end Talent Acquisition activities across the business.
• Oversee Performance Management cycles and calibration processes.
• Drive Learning & Development initiatives and capability-building programs.
• Develop talent management frameworks, career development, and succession planning.
• Monitor recruitment KPIs, talent analytics, and workforce planning.
• Lead employee engagement initiatives and development programs.
• Manage relationships with recruitment agencies and external training providers.
• Coach and develop the Talent team while partnering with senior stakeholders across the business.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
• 8–10 years of progressive HR experience with strong exposure to both Talent Acquisition and Talent Management.
• Minimum of 3 years in a managerial role.
• Experience within FMCG, Manufacturing, or Food Industry is preferred.
• Professional certifications such as CIPD or SHRM are considered an advantage.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is preferred.
