Job Description

Job Summary: As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a crucial role in identifying and attracting top talent to our organization. You will collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and implement effective recruitment strategies that align with the company's goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute recruitment plans to meet organizational staffing needs.
  • Source candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and networking events.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews to assess qualifications and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate and facilitate the interview process with hiring managers and candidates.
  • Manage the offer process, including negotiations and onboarding of new hires.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in the applicant tracking system.
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates and industry professionals.

Required Qualifications: 3-5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
