Role Description
As a Talent Management Specialist at Innovative Solutions, you will be instrumental in enhancing our talent management processes to attract, develop, and retain exceptional employees. Working closely with the Human Capital team, you will play a key role in recruiting top talent, implementing development initiatives, and managing performance evaluation processes to foster a high-performance culture.
Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and executing talent acquisition strategies that align with organizational goals
- Conduct thorough screening and interviewing processes to identify suitable candidates
- Coordinate and support employee training and development programs to enhance workforce capabilities
- Implement performance management processes, including goal setting and feedback mechanisms
- Monitor and analyze talent management metrics to inform decision-making and track effectiveness
- Support employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture
- Provide administrative support in maintaining HR systems and employee records
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 1 to 2 years of experience in talent management, talent acquisition or recruitment
- Strong understanding of recruitment strategies and best practices
- Familiarity with performance management frameworks and employee development methodologies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and cross-functional environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems
- Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and proactive mindset
