Role Description

We are seeking a Talent Management Specialist to join our dedicated team in Giza, in an on-site, full-time capacity. The individual will be responsible for designing and implementing programs to attract, develop, retain, and advance talent within the organization. Key responsibilities include performance evaluations, employee development, succession planning, and recruitment. This role also involves collaborating with department leads to identify talent needs, creating strategies for workforce engagement, and ensuring alignment with our company's mission and values.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in talent acquisition, workforce development, and performance management
  • Strong skills in employee engagement and retention strategies
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with HR processes such as succession planning and onboarding
  • Proficiency in HR software tools and familiarity with relevant HR policies and practices
  • Ability to work collaboratively and support teams within a dynamic work environment
  • Understanding of employee training, development programs, and process improvement
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; advanced certifications such as SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP or SPHR/PHR are a plus
  • Prior experience in talent management within the agriculture or manufacturing sectors is advantageous
