Role DescriptionWe are seeking a Talent Management Specialist to join our dedicated team in Giza, in an on-site, full-time capacity. The individual will be responsible for designing and implementing programs to attract, develop, retain, and advance talent within the organization. Key responsibilities include performance evaluations, employee development, succession planning, and recruitment. This role also involves collaborating with department leads to identify talent needs, creating strategies for workforce engagement, and ensuring alignment with our company's mission and values.
