Job Summary
The Talent Management Specialist is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment cycle, supporting manpower planning activities, preparing job descriptions, and maintaining recruitment and workforce dashboards to support business decisions.
Key Responsibilities
1 Recruitment & Hiring
- Manage the full recruitment cycle (sourcing, screening, interviews coordination, reference checks).
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and timelines.
- Ensure timely closure of vacancies in line with manpower plan.
- Maintain candidate pipeline and ensure positive candidate experience.
2 Manpower Planning
- Support annual manpower planning process.
- Track approved vs. actual headcount.
- Monitor vacancies, replacements, and new positions.
- Coordinate with departments on manpower updates and approvals.
3 Job Descriptions
- Draft and update job descriptions in alignment with business needs.
- Ensure JDs clearly reflect responsibilities, qualifications, and reporting lines.
- Maintain JD database and updated Org charts
4 Reporting & Dashboards
- Prepare weekly and monthly recruitment reports.
- Develop and maintain HR dashboards (HC, turnover, hiring progress, time to fill).
- Analyze data and highlight trends or risks to management.
- Ensure accuracy of HR data in systems and trackers.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 13years of experience in recruitment or talent management.
- Strong Excel skills and reporting capabilities.
- Good understanding of manpower planning concepts.
