We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Talent Management Specialist to join our HR team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle while contributing to talent development, employee engagement, and performance management initiatives that support organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, CV screening, shortlisting, and conducting Competency-Based Interviews (CBIs).
Partner with hiring managers to ensure alignment on job requirements and hiring needs.
Support onboarding activities and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
Design and implement talent management and employee engagement initiatives.
Support and conduct the performance management system by tracking KPIs, maintaining appraisal records, and providing coaching to enhance employee growth.
Identify training and development needs and assist in executing learning programs.
Develop and update job descriptions through job analysis and market research.
Maintain accurate HR records and regularly update HR systems (HRIS).
Assist in documenting HR policies, procedures, and workflows to enhance operational efficiency.
Contribute to succession planning and organizational development initiatives.
Plan, coordinate, and execute internal HR events and activities (such as employee engagement events, onboarding sessions, and workshops) to enhance company culture and employee experience.

Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in Human Resources, with exposure to recruitment and/or talent management.
Strong understanding of recruitment, performance management, and employee engagement practices.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems (HRIS).
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Passion for continuous learning and professional development.
HR certifications or diplomas are a plus.
