Role Summary

The Associate Manager – Talent Sourcing (Frontliner Hiring) leads sourcing for high-volume retail frontline roles, managing a sourcing team, optimizing talent pipelines, and partnering with key stakeholders to deliver hiring needs aligned with business goals.
ROLE PROFILE
- Lead and develop a team of Talent Sourcing Associates and Specialists, driving performance, coaching, capability building, and SLA achievement for high-volume frontline hiring.
- Manage end-to-end sourcing for retail frontline roles, including bulk hiring campaigns, assessment events, store openings, and proactive talent pooling aligned with workforce forecasts and peak trading needs.
- Ensure high-quality talent delivery through effective screening, shortlisting, workload planning, and a strong focus on speed, quality, and candidate experience.
- Build strategic partnerships with government entities, educational institutions, training providers, and community organizations to strengthen sustainable frontline talent pipelines and employer branding.
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and Retail Operations to forecast hiring demand, align sourcing capacity, and provide regular updates on hiring progress and pipeline health.
- Leverage market intelligence and analytics to monitor labor trends, competitor activity, sourcing effectiveness, hiring metrics, diversity outcomes, and workforce planning insights.
- Maintain quality, compliance, and governance by ensuring accurate data management in SAP SuccessFactors, adherence to policies and employment regulations, and consistent sourcing standards.
- Champion diversity and inclusion by embedding inclusive sourcing strategies, outreach initiatives, and community engagement to attract diverse and representative talent pools.
Requirements
- Minimum of 6 years experience in a talent acquisition/recruitment role focused on mass hiring or high-volume recruitment.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (preferred)
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
- Team player with a collaborative approach and passion for knowledge acquisition and sharing.
