We're Hiring Tamheer Interns!

We're looking for motivated and detail-oriented Tamheer interns to join our team as Clinical Documentation Operators.

Role Overview:

As a Clinical Documentation Operator, you will play a key role in managing recording equipment and ensuring seamless audio capture during physician–patient consultations. This role is critical in supporting efficient workflows and delivering a high-quality experience for our partners, especially during our pilot phase.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and set up recording equipment prior to consultations

• Verify patient information (MRN, name) and align with the physician on the consultation workflow

• Initiate and stop recording during physician-patient consultations

• Monitor audio quality to ensure clear and complete capture

• Troubleshoot technical issues (e.g., microphone, connectivity) in real time

• Trigger the generation of clinical notes through the system

• Support physicians in reviewing generated clinical notes

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field (e.g., Information Technology, Information Systems, or Software Engineering)

• At least one year of relevant experience is preferred but not a must.

Technical Skills:

• Front-end software engineering skills

• Experience working with developer tools

• Technical troubleshooting (connectivity, device setup, system access)

• Basic documentation and issue reporting skills

• Good understanding of UI/UX workflows and user interaction
