Job Description

Job Purpose: As a Talent Acquisition & Onboarding Intern, you will assist in the recruitment process and support onboarding activities for new hires. This role is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in talent acquisition and human resources.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist in creating and posting job descriptions on various platforms.
  • Screen resumes and applications to identify potential candidates.
  • Conduct preliminary interviews and coordinate further interview stages.
  • Support the scheduling of interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Help manage the candidate database and track recruitment metrics.
  • Assist in the development and execution of onboarding programs and materials.
  • Provide support in responding to candidate inquiries and maintaining a positive candidate experience.
  • Collaborate with the HR team on various projects and initiatives.

Required Experience and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, English Language & Translation or a related field.
  • Advanced English Level
  • Eligible for Tamheer program. (Eligibility requirement: https://www.hrdf.org.sa/en/products-and-services/programs/individuals/training/graduate-development/)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.
