Job Purpose: As a Talent Acquisition & Onboarding Intern, you will assist in the recruitment process and support onboarding activities for new hires. This role is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in talent acquisition and human resources.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist in creating and posting job descriptions on various platforms.
- Screen resumes and applications to identify potential candidates.
- Conduct preliminary interviews and coordinate further interview stages.
- Support the scheduling of interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Help manage the candidate database and track recruitment metrics.
- Assist in the development and execution of onboarding programs and materials.
- Provide support in responding to candidate inquiries and maintaining a positive candidate experience.
- Collaborate with the HR team on various projects and initiatives.
Required Experience and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, English Language & Translation or a related field.
- Advanced English Level

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.
