Tamheer Trainee

Role Purpose

The Tamheer program is a six month long on-the-job training program for Saudi graduates under the umbrella of HRDF.

Job Accountabilities & Activities

• Advanced level in English language (Written, Speaking) .
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
• Strong planning, organizational and follow up skills.
• Ability to multitask, and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Outstanding collaboration skills. Ability to partner with leaders, team members, and peers to drive results.

Education & Certifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field.

Fresh Graduate.
