Tax Associate

Minimum 2-3 years experience - Minimum 1 to 1.5 Years of UAE Taxation

Job Description

• Manage UAE Corporate Tax and VAT compliance and advisory work for a wide portfolio of clients.
• Draft technical tax opinions, memos, and support clients with FTA guidance interpretation.
• Assist with Transfer Pricing documentation.
• Provide support during FTA audits, including tax reconciliations and clarifications.
• Use and manage submissions via the EmaraTax platform.
• Participate in webinars, client trainings, in house team trainings and tax planning sessions.

Who We're Looking For:

Qualification: CA / ACCA / CPA (full or part-qualified), or equivalent

Experience: Minimum 23 years in UAE VAT or Corporate Tax

Preferred:

Certificate/Diploma in UAE VAT or Corporate Tax (e.g., PwC VAT Diploma)

Exposure to Transfer Pricing, GCC tax laws, or International Tax frameworks

Strong technical tax knowledge, research ability, and client-handling skills

Proficient with EmaraTax and FTA processes
