Tax Manager

Responsibilities

1Supervise the operations in Kuwait, legal entities daily tax compliance work

2Manage Kuwait invoices, set up and upgrade invoice system, make sure the invoice issuance and receipt deduction obliged to local tax rules;

3Design applicable tax treatment for business models and suggest tax optimization;

4Provide tax planning ideas for Kuwait legal entities from headquarter perspective;

5Manage transfer pricing issues in Kuwait;

6Coordinate with internal tax team and external tax agents to ensure the local business or operations comply with local tax rules;

7Build up and maintain good relationship with tax authorities and deal with any inspection, tax audit and tax dispute.

Qualifications

1Bachelor degree or above, subject in finance and tax is preferred;

2Have in-depth knowledge in Kuwait tax rules, as well as solid basic technical skills; 3Possess good team cooperation skills, especially cross-team cooperation activities;

4Possess strong analytical and problem solving skills, independent thinking and provide innovative solutions;

5Have strong organization and planning skills, manage and promote projects effectively and efficiently;

6E-hailing platform experiences, especially food delivery platforms, is preferred;

• 7Fluent in Arabic and English, good at communication and socialization.
