Immediate Hiring: Teacher Operations Specialist

Location: Maadi, Cairo (On-site) | Hours: 12:00 PM 9:00 PM

We are seeking a highly responsible and detail-oriented Teacher Operations Specialist for our online English education project. You will be the bridge between Egyptian part-time teachers and students in Saudi Arabia, managing the full teacher lifecyclefrom recruitment and onboarding to daily schedulingensuring high-quality education delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist HR with resume screening, Demo Lesson coordination, and optional social media promotion
• Organize and lead teacher onboarding and training sessions
• Coordinate schedules, manage rescheduling, leaves, and emergency substitutions
• Monitor live sessions, conduct quality audits, and collect student feedback
• Manage part-time teacher community and implement engagement strategies

Who Can Apply:

• Egyptian nationality, Arabic, fluent English (written & spoken)
• Strong responsibility, attention to detail, and time management
• Excellent coordination and communication skills
• 1+ year experience in teacher operations, educational management, or online education experiance.
• Must work on-site in Maadi, Cairo
