As a Team Assistant at Messe Frankfurt, you will play a crucial role in supporting the team to ensure that objectives are met. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle various administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update databases, ensuring all information is accurate and current.
  • Coordinate closely with the Accounts department for payments to suppliers and contractors.
  • Organize and manage the registration process for contractors, including maintaining detailed records and ensuring compliance with necessary documentation.
  • Register new contractors in SAP and keep records updated.
  • Prepare invoices, LPOs, and maintain a summary of orders for suppliers and contractors.
  • Manage team calendars, schedule meetings, and track holidays.
  • Coordinate with suppliers for stand construction orders and provide summaries when needed.
  • Consolidate and analyze daily action summaries, forwarding updates to the team.
  • Handle project issues as they arise on-site, working closely with contractors and service providers.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive reports, including tracking revenue generated from late-night work fees.
  • Provide general administrative support to the team as required.

Qualifications:

University or college degree in Management, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.

  • Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office, particularly Advanced Excel.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to apply accounting principles to financial transactions.
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
