Mandatory details/Skills-

  • Lead and manage a team responsible for seller acquisition and onboarding in a B2B/e-commerce environment
  • Drive new seller partnerships and expand the platform/vendor base
  • Oversee end-to-end seller onboarding process (documentation, verification, activation)
  • Resolve onboarding issues and improve seller experience
  • Set targets and KPIs for the onboarding team
  • Monitor team performance, provide training, mentoring, and feedback
  • Ensure productivity and quality standards are consistently met
  • Identify and onboard high-potential sellers/brands
  • Build and maintain strong seller relationships
  • Negotiate commercial terms and drive revenue growth
  • Streamline onboarding workflows for better efficiency

Key Skills Required

  • Minimum 4years of proven experience in B2B sales within a competitive market.
  • Mandatory UAE work experience with strong understanding of local market dynamics and business culture.
  • Valid UAE driving license and willingness to travel for client meetings and business development activities
  • Immediate joiner preferred.
