Mandatory details/Skills-
- Lead and manage a team responsible for seller acquisition and onboarding in a B2B/e-commerce environment
- Drive new seller partnerships and expand the platform/vendor base
- Oversee end-to-end seller onboarding process (documentation, verification, activation)
- Resolve onboarding issues and improve seller experience
- Set targets and KPIs for the onboarding team
- Monitor team performance, provide training, mentoring, and feedback
- Ensure productivity and quality standards are consistently met
- Identify and onboard high-potential sellers/brands
- Build and maintain strong seller relationships
- Negotiate commercial terms and drive revenue growth
- Streamline onboarding workflows for better efficiency
Key Skills Required
- Minimum 4years of proven experience in B2B sales within a competitive market.
- Mandatory UAE work experience with strong understanding of local market dynamics and business culture.
- Valid UAE driving license and willingness to travel for client meetings and business development activities
- Immediate joiner preferred.
