Team Lead

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Dubai for a Team Lead at PropExcel. The Team Lead will be responsible for overseeing and managing daily team workflows, ensuring timely project deliverables, and driving team alignment with organizational objectives. Key responsibilities include providing guidance to team members, monitoring progress, facilitating communication between departments, and contributing to strategic planning and problem-solving within projects. Additional tasks may involve training team members and ensuring high performance and productivity within the team.

• Leadership and team management skills, including the ability to mentor, guide, and motivate team members.
• Experience in project management, strategic planning, and performance monitoring.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills to ensure effective teamwork.
• Proficiency in CRM software, project management tools, and understanding of property management processes is an asset.
• Prior experience in a similar leadership role within relevant industries is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Operations, Real Estate, or a related field is required.
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, on-site environment and adapt to new challenges and priorities.
