Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Team Lead role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Team Lead will oversee daily operations, manage team performance, and ensure timely delivery of goals and objectives. Responsibilities include supervising team members, streamlining workflows, mentoring staff, and addressing technical or operational challenges. Collaboration across departments and maintaining a results-driven approach are key aspects of this role.

• Experience with Performance Monitoring and Metrics-Driven Management
• Strategic Thinking and Decision-Making to meet organizational objectives
• Proven expertise in the real estate or property management industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
• Proficiency in relevant industry software and tools
