Role Description:

We are seeking an experienced Team Lead to manage and oversee roads and transportation design projects. The successful candidate will lead a team of engineers, coordinate with clients and stakeholders, and ensure the delivery of high-quality design outputs within project timelines. This role reports directly to senior management and plays a key part in Spectrum's continued growth.

Qualifications:

-Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from a reputable university

-Minimum 5 years of experience in roads and transportation design

-Proficiency in relevant design software (AutoCAD Civil 3D, etc.)

-Strong leadership and team management skills

-Excellent communication and client-facing abilities
