Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Sheraton for a Team Leader and Senior Property Consultant. The role includes overseeing a team of property consultants, developing strategic plans to meet sales targets, and building relationships with clients. Additionally, responsibilities include market analysis, assisting clients in property acquisitions, sales, or leasing transactions, and maintaining knowledge of industry trends. The role demands strong leadership, a focus on customer satisfaction, and collaboration with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience.

Qualifications
  • Leadership and Team Management: Proven experience in leading teams, mentoring, and guiding team members to achieve targets.
  • Sales and Negotiation Skills: Demonstrated ability in sales, client relationship management, and effective negotiation to finalize deals.
  • Market Knowledge: Strong understanding of the real estate market, property trends, and regulations.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Customer Service and Problem-Solving: Commitment to delivering excellent customer service, coupled with the ability to address client needs and resolve issues effectively.
  • Organizational and Analytical Skills: Strong organizational abilities and proficiency in analyzing market data to inform decision-making.
  • Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in business, real estate, or a related field is preferred. Previous experience in real estate, especially in a senior or team leadership role, is highly desirable.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and property management systems is a plus.
