Team Leader Brokerage Company

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Team Leader to join our growing brokerage company. If you have a strong background in the brokerage industry and a proven track record of leading high-performing sales teams, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, motivate, and manage a team of brokers/sales agents to achieve monthly sales targets.

Monitor team performance and provide coaching, training, and ongoing support.

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth.

Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Prepare performance reports and provide regular updates to management.

Foster a positive, results-driven team environment.

Requirements:

At least 3 years of experience managing a sales team in the same field.

Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems is an advantage.
