Raya Trade; one of Raya's subsidiaries is hiring a Team Leader (Collections).
What will you do
- Responsible for the external agency performance.
- prepare the clearance letters for the settled cases.
- Monitor accounts to identify outstanding debts.
- Investigate historical data for each debt or bill.
- Find and contact clients to ask about their overdue payments.
- Take actions to encourage timely debt payments.
- Process payments and refunds.
- Responsible for the Collection team agency.
