Responsibilities
- Overseeing and managing a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets for credit card & loan products.
- Training and mentoring team members, developing sales strategies, monitoring performance metrics, and ensuring compliance with company and regulatory guidelines.
- Develop and implement sales plans & drive the team to meet daily/monthly sales targets.
- Oversee the end-to-end application process, ensure compliance with KYC and banking regulations, and manage fraud prevention.
- Handle escalated customer issues, resolve complaints, and ensure high service standards.
- Stay updated on products, policies, and market trends, and train the team accordingly.
Requirements
- 2 - Year Credit Card sales experience in UAE market.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- In-depth knowledge of credit card products and banking practices.
- Results-driven and target-oriented.
- Proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
