Responsibilities

  • Overseeing and managing a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets for credit card & loan products.
  • Training and mentoring team members, developing sales strategies, monitoring performance metrics, and ensuring compliance with company and regulatory guidelines.
  • Develop and implement sales plans & drive the team to meet daily/monthly sales targets.
  • Oversee the end-to-end application process, ensure compliance with KYC and banking regulations, and manage fraud prevention.
  • Handle escalated customer issues, resolve complaints, and ensure high service standards.
  • Stay updated on products, policies, and market trends, and train the team accordingly.

Requirements

  • 2 - Year Credit Card sales experience in UAE market.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of credit card products and banking practices.
  • Results-driven and target-oriented.
  • Proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
