With sustained performance, expanded scope, and demonstrated enterprise impact, the role can progress to Manageru2011level positions overseeing Asset Integrity, Operating Integrity, Operations Readiness Assurance, or Technical Assurance portfolios, with increased accountability for strategy, governance, and multiu2011asset oversight. Longeru2011term progression may include Manager, Vice President or Group Integrity leadership roles, contributing to ADNOCu2011wide risk governance, standards ownership, and executive decisionu2011making, while also serving as a senior Technical Authority within the organization

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

The Team Leader, Integrity (Operations) is responsible for leading and assuring Operating Integrity and Operations Readiness across ADNOC Gas plants and pipeline assets throughout their lifecycle, through the development and governance of companywide standards, processes, assurance programs, and a Centre of Excellence. The role faces challenges in ensuring consistent application of integrity requirements across diverse assets, managing complex operational and process safety risks, driving timely closure of audit and assurance actions, and balancing governance expectations with operational realities. Success is driven by strong leadership in integrity governance and risk management, effective stakeholder engagement across Operations, Projects, HSE and Technical Authorities, robust performance monitoring and assurance execution, and the ability to translate corporate standards into practical, siteu2011implementable solutions while building a capable, highu2011performing integrity team.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Degree in Engineering
• 15 years experience with at least 10 years in Operations in an oil and gas facility
• Experience in managing or leading a team
• Experience in AIPS
