Job Description

The TL Renewals Executive leads a team of Renewals Executives, overseeing the end-to-end renewal process for existing clients. This role ensures high renewal rates, maximizes customer retention, and drives team performance while collaborating closely with internal stakeholders to align renewal strategies with business objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Renewals Executives to achieve targets.
  • Own and achieve assigned individual renewal targets in addition to overall team targets.
  • Monitor team performance, set KPIs, and implement strategies to improve renewal rates and client satisfaction.
  • Oversee accurate tracking of upcoming contract expirations and renewal dates across the team.
  • Ensure proactive client engagement by supporting negotiations, resolving client issues, and closing renewals when required.
  • Act as a senior point of contact for escalated client concerns and high-value or critical renewal cases.
  • Provide regular reports, dashboards, and insights on individual and team performance and renewal metrics to management.
  • Collaborate with sales, customer success, and internal departments to address client needs and resolve renewal challenges.
  • Identify trends, risks, and opportunities in the renewal process and implement continuous improvement initiatives.

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in renewals, account management, customer success, or sales.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a leadership or team lead role.
  • Experience working in a target-driven or service-oriented environment.
