Job Summary
The Sales Manager/ Team Lead is responsible for driving property sales, managing a high-performing sales team, and achieving revenue targets. This role involves strategic planning, client relationship management, team development, and collaboration with marketing and operations to ensure successful property transactions.

Sales Strategy & Execution
- Develop and implement sales plans to meet company targets.
- Identify new market opportunities and customer segments.
- Monitor competitor activity and adjust strategies accordingly.
Team Leadership & Development
- Recruit, train, and mentor sales agents.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and coaching sessions.
- Foster a culture of accountability and excellence.
Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and investors.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service.
- Handle escalations and resolve client issues promptly.
Property Promotion & Coordination
- Collaborate with marketing to promote listings and campaigns.
- Coordinate property viewings, open houses, and client meetings.
- Ensure accurate and timely listing updates.
Sales Reporting & Forecasting
- Track and report sales performance metrics.
- Provide accurate forecasts and pipeline updates.
- Analyze data to improve conversion rates and team productivity.
Compliance & Documentation
- Ensure all transactions comply with legal and regulatory standards.
- Maintain proper documentation and records for all deals.
- Liaise with legal and finance teams as needed.
