Operational Management:
-Oversee daily operations and ensure that superior customer service is provided to all clients, (in person, over the phone, or via email).
- Manage the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and understanding of services.
- Handle move-ins and inspect offices upon move-outs.
- Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with clients.
- Develop methods to gauge customer satisfaction and handle complaints.
- Collect and analyze client feedback for strategic decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with Company policies.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products or services.
- Ensure that daily office inspections are conducted to maintain established standards for
safety, cleanliness, functionality, and overall appearance.
- Oversee and supervise Office Assistants and Community Managers in their daily tasks,
ensuring efficiency and adherence to established standards.
- Communicate with contractors, vendors, etc., for necessary office repairs and maintenance.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to client agreements, billing, and
payments.
- Oversee and manage inventory of office supplies and equipment.
- Provide logistical support for meetings and events.
- Organize and participate in in-house community events.
- Monitor and control expenses to ensure the profitability of the business center.

- Maintain thorough knowledge of the Center's products and services.
- Develop and implement operational strategies and procedures.
Sales Management:
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve the center's sales targets.
- Create and execute sales plans, setting clear objectives and milestones.
- Analyze market trends and identify opportunities for growth and development.
- Identify and target potential clients through networking and other lead generation activities.
- Conduct and manage tours of the business center for prospective clients
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals to prospective clients.
- Monitor sales performance for self, and the team, and prepare regular reports for the CEO.
- Be adept at using CRM software to track sales activities, manage leads, and update client
information.
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop and implement promotional campaigns and
materials.
- Participate in industry events and networking activities to promote the center.
- Contribute to social media and online marketing efforts to increase visibility and attract new
clients.
- Supervise and support the sales team, providing guidance and training as needed.
- Conduct regular sales meetings to review progress, share best practices, and address
challenges.
- Foster a positive and collaborative team environment, encouraging high performance and
motivation.
- Stay updated on industry trends and collaborate with teams.
- Prepare and manage the sales budget, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources.
