Job Title: Team Leader Structure BIM Engineer
Location: Giza, Dokki, Egypt
Working Hours: Full-time – 8 hours/day
Job Summary:
The Team Leader Structure BIM Engineer will lead a team of BIM engineers specializing in structural projects, ensuring high-quality modeling, coordination, and delivery of engineering projects. The role combines technical expertise in structural engineering with leadership and project management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Structure BIM Engineers, assigning tasks and monitoring performance.
- Oversee the development of BIM models for structural projects, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and adherence to project standards.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary design teams to ensure integration of structural models with architectural and MEP designs.
- Ensure compliance with engineering standards, client specifications, and quality requirements.
- Communicate effectively with clients, providing project updates, technical clarifications, and progress reports.
- Implement BIM best practices, tools, and workflows to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Support professional development of team members through training and guidance.
- Monitor project timelines and deliverables, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Identify risks and propose solutions to maintain smooth project execution.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in civil or Structural Engineering.
- 5–10 years of experience in structural engineering and BIM.
- Proven experience in leading teams and managing projects.
- Proficiency in BIM software: Revit, Navisworks, Tekla Structures, or equivalent.
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
