Role: Team Leader-Tele Sales
Location: Dubai                    Â

Role Purpose: The Tele sales Team Leader is responsible for leading a team of telesales representatives in the sale of personal loans and credit cards via the phone in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have prior experience as a tele sales agent or team leader in the UAE, as well as a strong understanding of of banking sales origination and lead management systems.

KEY METRICS:

  • Lead a team of telesales representatives in the sale of personal loans and credit cards.
  • Set and track team sales goals.
  • Provide coaching and training to sales representatives.
  • Motivate and inspire team members to achieve their goals.
  • Analyze sales data and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies.


Key Accountabilities of the role

  • Monitor and track team performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Ensure all assigned leads to team are attended to by agents immediately.
  • Performance Reporting and planning for team level targets.
  • Develop and implement training programs for new and existing sales representatives.
  • Oversee the development and execution of sales campaigns.
  • Adhering to Compliance and ethical standards.
  • Handle challenging situations and resolve conflicts within the sales team or with customer in a professional and effective manner.
  • Performance reviews and feedback.
  • Continuous learning and development.
  • Market analysis and competitor insights.




Specialist Skills / Technical Knowledge Required for this role:

  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in Tele sales in the financial services industry in the UAE.
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Understanding of banking sales origination and lead management systems.
  • Business sales acumen.
  • Compliance and Ethic knowledge.


Previous experience:


  • Sales experience in banking
  • 5 years of relevant experience in similar industry.
  • Experience in leadership and team management.
  • Good to have banking system understanding.
