Pardgroup, a leading company in integrated services for retail and large-scale distribution, is seeking a new
Tech Lead to join its Technical Department, at the Dubai offices.
Posizione
The new colleague, reporting to the Technical Director, will carry out the following activities:
- Development of technical drawings to support the quotation and subsequent project production phases;
- Support in selecting the most suitable materials for orders, including suggesting alternative and innovative solutions;
- Support in the prototyping phases, monitoring any critical issues to be resolved;
- Regularly updating technical drawings for ongoing projects and keeping them archived;
- Supervision of production processes compliance with quality standards and specifications, including ongoing audits.
Requisiti
The ideal candidate has the following requirements and skills:
- Advanced knowledge of technical drawing programs (e.g., AutoCAD);
- Knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite (e.g., Excel);
- Previous experience in the retail design sector;
- Good knowledge of technical drawing processes, production phases, materials and related costs (e.g., wood, metal, printing, etc.);
- Good interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills;
- Fluent English language skills.
