Technical Architect

Imperium Group is seeking a highly skilled Technical Architect to join our Cairo office. The successful candidate will be responsible for transforming design concepts into precise technical documentation and ensuring the highest standards of buildability and compliance. This role requires a deep understanding of construction methodologies, building systems, and regulatory frameworks, as well as the ability to coordinate effectively with multidisciplinary teams throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and review detailed working drawings, construction documents, and authority submission packages.

Translate design intent into technically sound and buildable solutions.

Ensure compliance with local and international building codes, standards, and regulations.

Review and validate BIM models, CAD drawings, and shop drawings for accuracy and coordination.

Collaborate with architects, engineers, and consultants to resolve technical and design-related issues.

Specify appropriate construction materials, systems, and methods in line with project requirements.

Conduct quality assurance checks to ensure technical documentation aligns with project objectives and company standards.

Support tender documentation preparation and respond to technical queries during bidding.

Provide technical guidance during site execution, ensuring adherence to design intent and resolving challenges.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Architecture from a recognized institution.

46 years of proven experience in technical architectural roles, preferably on luxury projects.

Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, detailing, and building systems.

Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM workflows; knowledge of SketchUp and Adobe Creative Suite is an advantage.

Familiarity with UAE and international building codes and authority requirements.

Exceptional attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving ability.

Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects.

Excellent communication and coordination skills, with a collaborative team-oriented approach.
