Job Description

  • Provide technical support and training to customers and sales teams
  • Assist customers in resolving technical drawing issues and offer proposal solutions
  • Prepare all necessary shop drawings for project approvals and review customer-issued drawings
  • Propose alternatives for accessories
  • Review and create drawings for catalogues, brochures, and flyers
  • Conduct project audits and inspections
  • Estimate export projects when necessary

Requirements

  • 2 to 4 years of experience in technical consultation
  • 2 years experience at least in the Aluminum field.
  • BSC Engineering degree
  • AutoCAD & CRM
  • Communication, flexibility, Problem-Solving and Technical Support
  • Excellent Computer Skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
