My client is seeking an experienced Technical Consultant to work on a number of high profile implementation/deployment projects with various customers in the Enterprise and Public Sector space. This role requires strong technical knowledge around Cyber Security and Application delivery, specifically with Fortinet &F5 Networks solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implementation - Fortinet solutions and F5 - LTM, ASM, GTM, WAF (F5, BIG IQ and DOS) .
- Lead application delivery projects focusing on architecture, configuration, and policy enforcement. (Experience with F5 is required)
- Experience with load balancing and traffic management.
- Support IP routing and switching protocols including BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, and TCP/IP.
- Oversee LAN/WAN architecture and ensure optimal performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Stay current on emerging technologies multi-cloud environments and enterprise AI.
- Document configurations, workflows, and network changes.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in application delivery, network and network security engineering.
- Proven experience in enterprise IP routing and network design.
- Experience with VoIP networks is a plus.
- Working knowledge of cloud networking and hybrid connectivity models.
Certifications (Preferred):
- F5 certified (preferred)
- Fortinet certified (preferred)
- CCNA, CCNP Enterprise / CCNP Security
