Job Description: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Technical Consultant

We are seeking a skilled Dynamics 365 Technical Consultant to bridge business requirements with technical execution. The role involves gathering and analyzing business needs, customizing Dynamics 365 solutions, managing integrations, and enabling end-user adoption. The consultant will collaborate with partners, DevOps teams, and business stakeholders to deliver optimized, secure, and scalable solutions.

Key job responsibilities:

Business Process Optimization & Alignment

  • Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.
  • Translate requirements into functional specifications.
  • Liaise with partners to ensure alignment and execution of business processes.

Solution Delivery Excellence

  • Customize and extend Dynamics 365 using:
  • Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate)
  • JavaScript, plugins, workflows
  • Ensure solutions are robust, scalable, and aligned with best practices.

Cloud & Infrastructure Integration

  • Collaborate with DevOps teams to manage:
  • Application lifecycle
  • Backups and disaster recovery
  • Security and compliance

End-User Enablement & Adoption

  • Provide L1 support to business users.
  • Escalate issues to partners for L2/L3 support.
  • Drive user adoption through training, documentation, and ongoing support.

Technical Enablement & Automation

  • Develop and manage reports using Power BI and built-in D365 reporting tools.
  • Support PL/SQL development and troubleshooting.
  • Automate processes to enhance efficiency and reduce manual effort.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong experience with Dynamics 365 customization and extension.
  • Proficiency in Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate).
  • Hands-on expertise with JavaScript, plugins, workflows.
  • Knowledge of DevOps practices for application lifecycle management.
  • Experience with Power BI reporting and PL/SQL development.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to liaise with third parties for system integration and support.
