As a Technical Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in driving infrastructure and virtualization solution sales by leveraging Diyar's strong portfolio of Cloud, servers, storage, backup, and virtualization offerings. Diyar is a leading systems integrator with deep expertise in infrastructure modernization, cloud enablement, and managed services, and partners with global technology leaders such as Dell Technologies, VMware, and Nutanix to deliver innovative and scalable solutions.
Key responsibilities include:
- Engage with customers to assess infrastructure requirements and design tailored solutions.
- Develop and present technical proposals, architecture diagrams, and bills of materials.
- Support the sales team through presentations, demonstrations, and proof-of-concept activities.
- Collaborate with vendors and channel partners to align technical designs and ensure solution competitiveness.
- Respond to RFPs/RFQs with accurate, well-documented technical solutions.
- Stay up to date with emerging trends in data center infrastructure, virtualization, and hybrid cloud.
- Ensure smooth knowledge transfer to post-sales and delivery teams for successful implementation.
Qualifications: Required
- 5+ years of experience in pre-sales, solution design, or technical consulting in infrastructure domains.
- Strong technical knowledge of:
- Server and storage technologies (preferably Dell PowerEdge, PowerStore, PowerVault).
- Virtualization platforms (VMware vSphere, vCenter, Nutanix, AHV, HCI).
- Backup and recovery solutions (Veeam, Commvault, Dell Data Protection Suite, or equivalent).
- Proven experience designing or sizing infrastructure and virtualization solutions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Strong documentation and proposal-writing skills.
Qualifications: Preferred
- Familiarity with infrastructure automation tools (Terraform, Ansible, or PowerCLI).
- Acknowledged Certifications within Virtualization, Servers, Storage, Cloud
- Strong partner engagement experience with vendors such as Dell, VMware, or Nutanix.
