Overview:We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Technical Cost Controller who supports the monitoring of company resources to achieve strategic goals and ensure long-term profitability, thereby providing a basis for decision-making for the responsible management or project management.
Key Responsibilities
- Support data preparation and analysis.
- Assists in the preparation of monthly performance reports.
- Assists with the preparation of construction duration forecasts.
- Supports the responsible construction/project management in preparing and analysing the project results report.
- Supports operational units in the preparation and continuation of the work calculation.
- Plays an active part in change processes
- Support in the preparation of target/actual comparisons of costs and performance in your own area of responsibility.
- Support in the preparation of project reports and follow-up processing.
- Entrepreneurial thinking and acting in one's own sphere of influence.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or any related engineering field.
- It is essential to have prior experience working in a construction or project-based setting.
- Knowledgeable iTWO user and familiar with digital interfaces between the tools relevant to the Group (e.g. iTWO, AS4U, proCON).
- Experience in the handling of construction projects /sector-related projects.
- Contributes creative ideas to solve challenges.
- Promotes a creative environment and the exchange of ideas within the team
