General description:
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Technical Consultant / Technical Design Support (Enterprise Architect) to support a large-scale enterprise Oracle ERP program in the Middle East. This role focuses on reviewing technical designs, supporting ERP architecture, integrations, and system optimization to ensure stable, scalable, and high-quality ERP solutions.
You will collaborate closely with functional consultants, business teams, and technical developers to validate designs, ensure best practices, and support critical ERP go-live activities in a consulting-led environment.
Nature of the tasks:
- Review and provide guidance on technical design solutions for Oracle ERP modules
- Ensure ERP customizations, workflows, reports, and extensions meet architectural standards
- Support development and maintenance of integrations between Oracle ERP and external systems
- Analyze and provide recommendations for system performance improvements
- Assist with data migration, interface development, and RICE components
- Collaborate with functional teams during implementation, testing, and UAT phases
- Provide technical support during ERP go-live and hypercare
- Troubleshoot production issues and ensure system stability
- Contribute to technical best practices and enterprise design standards.
Educational qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical field.
Technical expertise:
- Oracle ERP technical solutions
- Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) and/or Oracle Fusion
- PL/SQL development and optimization
- Oracle Forms, Reports, and APEX
- Integrations (APIs, web services, middleware)
- Data migration and system customization
- Performance tuning and system optimization
- ERP implementation, go-live, and hypercare support.
Professional experience:
- Minimum 3-5+ years of experience as an Oracle Technical Consultant / Specialist
- Hands-on experience with ERP technical implementations and system customizations
- Experience reviewing technical designs and supporting ERP integrations
- Consulting or enterprise delivery experience preferred.
Preferred skills & qualifications:
- Experience with Oracle Fusion technical components
- Exposure to middleware and integration platforms
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and meet delivery timelines.
Language skills:
- Strong command of English (spoken and written)
- Arabic language skills preferred.
