Technical Director Civil/Infrastructure (Arabic speaker)

We are seeking an Arabic speaking Technical Director of Civil Engineering Infrastructure to work on projects in Jeddah and Mecca which are from a mixed variety of Infrastructure sectors. Experience should include Highways & Transportation as well as Utilities and Land Development work from master-planning to concept design and detailed design. Candidates should possess a degree in Civil Engineering from a top tier university as well as a stable career history with global engineering consultancies. Prior experience in GCC beneficial but not essential.
