BEC Arabia is hiring (Technical Electrical Team Leader)
We are seeking an experienced Electrical Team Leader to join our technical department and lead electrical engineering activities across major construction projects in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise the electrical engineering team across design, coordination, and execution phases.
- Review and approve electrical shop drawings, technical submittals, and material approvals.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, local codes, and international standards.
- Coordinate with other disciplines (architectural, structural, mechanical) to ensure smooth integration of electrical systems.
- Monitor project progress and provide technical support to site teams.
- Participate in technical meetings with consultants and clients.
- Support value engineering initiatives and cost optimization without compromising quality.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
- 812 years of experience in construction projects.
- Strong background in power distribution, lighting, low current, and infrastructure electrical systems.
- Experience leading technical teams is required.
- Familiarity with BIM coordination and design software is an advantage.
- Experience in KSA projects is highly preferred.
