Technical Engineer (Architectural / Civil)

We are seeking an experienced Technical Engineer (Architectural / Civil) with a strong contracting background in KSA, specializing in high-rise building and hotel projects. The ideal candidate will play a key role in technical coordination, design compliance, and project execution support.

Key Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Civil or Architectural Engineering

Minimum 7+ years experience in contracting companies within KSA

Proven experience in high-rise and hospitality (hotel) construction projects

Strong technical office and site coordination experience

Familiarity with local codes, standards, and authority requirements

Excellent communication and coordination skills

Key Responsibilities:

Review drawings, specifications, and technical submittals for compliance

Coordinate with consultants, clients, and internal project teams

Prepare technical reports, RFIs, method statements, and shop drawing reviews

Support project planning, execution, and technical problem resolution

Ensure adherence to quality standards, project specifications, and timelines

Provide technical support to site teams and assist in project documentation
