Position Overview
The Technical Feasibility Specialist is responsible for evaluating the operational, technological, and infrastructural requirements of proposed investment projects. This role ensures that projects are technically viable, compliant with industry standards, and aligned with organizational objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Project Assessment
- Analyze project concepts to determine technical requirements and constraints.
- Evaluate available technologies, equipment, and infrastructure for suitability.
- Assess production capacity, scalability, and operational efficiency.
Technical Analysis
- Prepare detailed technical feasibility reports covering design, processes, and resource needs.
- Identify potential technical risks and propose mitigation strategies.
- Ensure compliance with relevant technical standards, codes, and regulations.
Collaboration
- Work closely with market researchers and financial analysts to integrate technical findings into overall feasibility studies.
- Provide input on cost estimates and timelines based on technical requirements.
- Support project managers in aligning technical feasibility with strategic goals.
Innovation & Improvement
- Recommend innovative technologies or processes to enhance project efficiency.
- Benchmark against industry best practices to ensure competitiveness.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Civil, Electrical, or related field).
- 57 years of experience in project planning, operations, or technical feasibility studies.
- Strong knowledge of production processes, infrastructure planning, and technology evaluation.
- Familiarity with regulatory and compliance standards in relevant industries.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
