Job Summary

Technical Head with hands-on experience in refrigeration and hot kitchen equipment manufacturing. The role involves leading the technical team, standardizing designs, ensuring production efficiency, and delivering high-quality, functional products on time.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the technical team to ensure smooth execution of custom projects

Evaluate design proposals and advise on manufacturability, materials, and production feasibility

Coordinate with Production to ensure timely manufacturing and delivery

Troubleshoot technical issues in refrigeration and hot kitchen equipment

Establish technical standards, SOPs, and quality benchmarks

Reduce rework, improve productivity, and optimize processes

Mentor and guide the team on fabrication techniques, assembly, and practical solutions

Provide technical support for Sales & Design teams (feasibility, value engineering)

Key Requirements

Degree/Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field

Strong experience in manufacturing custom refrigeration and hot kitchen equipment

Hands-on understanding of stainless steel fabrication, welding, CNC, bending, and glass/insulation applications

Ability to assess designs for feasibility, cost, and production efficiency

Proven leadership and team management skills

Strong problem-solving, planning, and cross-department coordination
