Technical Manager Architecture/Interior Design

A growing architecture and interior design studio in Dubai is looking to appoint a Technical Manager to join the business at a key stage of its growth.

The studio is best known for its work within high end residential, delivering large scale private villas and bespoke homes across Dubai's most sought after locations.

Alongside this, they have developed a well rounded portfolio across hospitality and mixed use, while maintaining a strong focus on quality driven projects.

They have built a strong reputation for design quality and attention to detail, reflected in multiple industry awards and continued success in winning new work.

Even during a period of economic uncertainty linked to the current conflict, the studio has maintained a steady pipeline, which is a good reflection of both their reputation and leadership.

This role is suited to someone who is either already operating at Technical Manager level, or a Senior Technical Architect ready to step up into a broader leadership position.

The Role

Lead the technical development of projects from design development through to construction

Oversee and contribute to the production of detailed drawing packages and specifications

Ensure all technical output is clear, coordinated and fully buildable

Act as a key point of contact for technical queries across projects

Coordinate closely with consultants, contractors and specialist suppliers

Drive quality across technical stages, including QA and drawing standards

Support and guide architects within the team, providing clear direction and feedback

Work closely with senior leadership on project delivery and overall technical direction

What They're Looking For

Strong experience delivering high end residential projects

Proven ability to manage complex detailing and technical coordination

Experience working on large scale private villas or bespoke residential developments

Confident leading technical stages and taking ownership of delivery

A strong communicator, able to engage with clients, contractors and internal teams

Either currently operating as a Technical Manager, or a Senior Technical Architect ready to step into that level

Ambition to take on more responsibility and play a key role in shaping a growing studio
