Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Technical Manager with expertise in civil construction to join our team. This on-site role is based in Cairo, Egypt. The Technical Manager will oversee and coordinate various construction projects, manage stormwater systems and infrastructure developments, lead teams and conduct regular inspections. The position involves ensuring that projects meet quality standards, stay on schedule, and align with client requirements.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Project Management and Team Leadership to handle multiple projects, manage resources, and ensure effective collaboration across teams.
• Experience in Stormwater Management and Infrastructure to ensure the effective design, construction, and maintenance of these systems.
• Competence in Inspection to monitor projects for quality control, adherence to specifications, and compliance with regulations.
• Strong problem-solving abilities, communication skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively under deadlines.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field required.
• Previous experience in similar roles in the construction industry and familiarity with regional regulations are highly desirable.
