About The Role
We are seeking an experienced
Technical Manager to provide multidisciplinary engineering leadership and technical assurance throughout the lifecycle of a major automotive industrial development.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical governance across engineering and construction.
- Review consultant engineering designs.
- Ensure designs are coordinated, constructible and compliant.
- Manage technical queries, engineering changes and deviations.
- Oversee civil, structural and building-system technical compliance.
- Manage MEP and utility integration.
- Coordinate interfaces between building services and production equipment.
- Resolve multidisciplinary engineering conflicts.
- Review construction methodologies for complex/high-risk activities.
- Manage engineering risk and technical change control.
- Support quality inspections and ITP requirements.
- Support integrated testing and commissioning.
- Review as-built drawings and O&M documentation.
- Manage technical interfaces with consultants, contractors, utility providers and equipment suppliers.
- Support final handover and operational readiness.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Civil, Structural, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum 15 years of relevant engineering experience.
- Significant multi-site project experience.
- Strong design-management and construction-technical-assurance background.
- Industrial/manufacturing facility experience strongly preferred.
- Strong multidisciplinary civil/structural/MEP interface experience.
- Strong testing, commissioning and handover experience.
- GCC/KSA experience preferred.
