About The Role

We are seeking an experienced Technical Manager to provide multidisciplinary engineering leadership and technical assurance throughout the lifecycle of a major automotive industrial development.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical governance across engineering and construction.
• Review consultant engineering designs.
• Ensure designs are coordinated, constructible and compliant.
• Manage technical queries, engineering changes and deviations.
• Oversee civil, structural and building-system technical compliance.
• Manage MEP and utility integration.
• Coordinate interfaces between building services and production equipment.
• Resolve multidisciplinary engineering conflicts.
• Review construction methodologies for complex/high-risk activities.
• Manage engineering risk and technical change control.
• Support quality inspections and ITP requirements.
• Support integrated testing and commissioning.
• Review as-built drawings and O&M documentation.
• Manage technical interfaces with consultants, contractors, utility providers and equipment suppliers.
• Support final handover and operational readiness.
  
  

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Civil, Structural, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 15 years of relevant engineering experience.
• Significant multi-site project experience.
• Strong design-management and construction-technical-assurance background.
• Industrial/manufacturing facility experience strongly preferred.
• Strong multidisciplinary civil/structural/MEP interface experience.
• Strong testing, commissioning and handover experience.
• GCC/KSA experience preferred.
