Technical Office Archetict Engineer

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in New Cairo for a Technical Office Architect Engineer. Responsibilities include preparing and reviewing shop drawings, coordinating with project teams, preparing Bill of Quantities (BOQ), performing quantity surveying, and ensuring compliance with engineering and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in preparing and reviewing Shop Drawings and BOQ documentation
• + 5 years experience in Architecture and designing.
• Proficiency using AutoCAD and good knowledge of 3DMax is a must
• Strong foundation and experience in Civil Engineering concepts and tasks
• Knowledge and expertise in MEP as applicable to relevant projects
• Skills in Quantity Surveying, including accurate measurement and cost assessment
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, or related field
